BACKGROUND
Quinnipiac Conference & Events is a university resource that supports students and the local community by hosting conferences, events and summer programs across three campuses. The team at Conference & Events ensures that members enjoy an immersive experience from initial concepts to final execution, by handling all logistical aspects and being the main points of contact for all university resources.
SUMMARY
The Agency worked with QU Conference & Events to build awareness of its summer intern housing program by creating engaging materials aimed at recruiting Quinnipiac and non-Quinnipiac students. Our objective was to promote the program through strategic planning and effective outreach. The Agency provided visually appealing and detailed content including flyers, email and handshake templates, updates facilities photos and social content to effectively communicate the details of the program to students and employers in the area. By creating these materials, The Agency has positioned QU Conference & Events with a creative strategy and plan just as
registration opens.
